Our ProShift clutch kits for your Ski Doo are a great way to improve the performance of your machine.
The Mountain series kits are designed for riding in deep snow where you want quick throttle response and instant power all of the time. The special driven spring and slick shift bearing makes the power instant. The helix angle provides the positive upshift required for climbing and the throttle response needed when your getting technical in the bush.
How do we do it? Our custom helixes are made specific to the power of the machine, and we have changed the spring rates for quicker throttle response. Another critical improvement comes from the bearing we put under the spring in the driven clutch that replaces the stock flat plastic washer. This bearing reduces friction and enhances the response of the clutch making it much quicker. The primary spring rate is changed to improve the hole shot and the new pins in the clutch help to reduce belt temperatures. The pin kit is adjustable, but keep in mind the kit is dialed in and comes with our recommended setup sheet.
These kits work with Y pipes, pipes, billet heads and mufflers too.
