Our PRO-LITE pipe really cranks out the power on the Axys 800 motor adding 10+ horsepower over stock with very nice torque gains as well, +5 tq! It fits great and you can even put your stock heat shield on it if you really want too. The polished stainless steel appearance is premium, and the heat shield is not required. The power band is 8250-8450 rpms at wide open.
Our pipe is the only aftermarket snowmobile pipe on the market to use 3D tooling which allows us to make the pipe with no cross cuts and welds. There is only the welds on the seams between the top and bottom. All of the curves of the pipe are built right into the pipe stamping. This makes the pipe a premium design. And the 16 gauge stainless steel won't rust and looks great!!
We use a Powercommander fuel controller to optimize fuel delivery for the extra power. The reason our pipe requires a power commander is because it makes more power than any other pipe on the market. We won the Dynotech Shootout for the highest horsepower pipe in 2017, beating all competitors!
This performance kits comes with our lightweight muffler, which is 15 lbs lighter than the stock suitcase! Our muffler is all stainless steel with a dual internal baffle to have a nice deep rumble without being too loud. Trail friendly!
